Who provides Atelio

Atelio is a workspace for preparing, reviewing and publishing brand content, provided by DEXIUM LABS LLC, located at 3000 View Drive, Woodstock, GA 30189. Contact support@atelio.app for help.

Who may use it

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement where you live. If you use Atelio for a company or client, you confirm you have authority to bind them to these terms.

Your account and workspace

Give accurate account information, keep sign-in details secure and tell us if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for account activity and managing workspace members and their access. The workspace owner may manage its brand record, connected accounts, content, claims and signatures.

Your content and permissions

You keep your rights in content you submit. You give Atelio permission to host, process, analyze, adapt and transmit it only as needed to operate features you request, including AI assistance, image generation, review, publishing and support.

You confirm you have the rights and permissions needed to provide and use the content and instruct Atelio to send or publish it. Do not submit confidential or personal information unless you are allowed to do so and understand the processing described in the Privacy Policy.

AI-assisted work and approvals

Atelio may use AI and image providers to analyze materials and create or review drafts and images. Results can be incomplete or wrong and require your judgment. You are responsible for checking outputs, claims, rights, disclosures and platform requirements before use.

A stored claim approval or signature does not establish that a claim is true, legally compliant or approved by a regulator or social network.

Connected accounts and publishing

When you connect an account, you authorize Atelio to use the permissions you grant for the feature you select. You can disconnect it in the app; the network’s terms apply.

Atelio can send content to a connected network when you request or schedule publication. You are responsible for content, destination, timing, permissions, disclosures and compliance with network rules. Publishing may fail, be delayed or changed by the network. Disconnecting may stop future actions but does not remove already published content.

Atelio does not connect advertising accounts or buy ads through an advertising API in the current application. Third-party provider charges may apply.

Telegram and third-party services

Features use Telegram, email, AI and image providers, website reading, public-ad research, social networks and, when enabled, analytics. Their terms and privacy notices apply. You authorize Atelio to send information needed for a feature to the relevant provider as described in the Privacy Policy.

Plans and billing

Paid plans are not available yet.

Acceptable use

Do not break the law, violate rights, deceive others, interfere with the service, bypass security, or use content without permission. Do not misuse connected accounts, provider APIs or other users’ workspaces. We may restrict access where reasonably needed to protect users, providers or the service, subject to applicable law.

Suspension and ending use

You may stop using Atelio and ask for your account to be deleted by emailing support@atelio.app. Workspace or account deletion can remove associated content and connected-account records. There is no single deletion deadline or complete promise about backups, provider systems or published social posts; see the Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or end access for security, legal, payment or serious misuse reasons.

Atelio’s service and intellectual property

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Atelio for your internal business or personal work while you comply with these terms. Atelio and its software, branding and service materials remain owned by DEXIUM LABS LLC or its licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership of your content to Atelio.

Disclaimers and limits

Atelio is a software service, not a law firm, advertising agency or regulator. Unless the law requires otherwise, the service and outputs are provided without a guarantee that they will be uninterrupted, accurate, suitable for a particular purpose, accepted by a social network or legally compliant. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service changes. The published version will show its effective date.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the State of Georgia.
