Your claims. Your approval. A clear record behind every ad.

How a claim gets into an ad

1

Found

From your site, your label and your listing.

2

Researched

Sources gathered for each claim, with a risk level you can read.

3

Signed

You sign the exact wording. Nothing else is used.

4

Used

Ads carry only signed wording, and each ad keeps a record of the claims in it.

What no signature unlocks

Some claims are off-limits for supplements, whatever the evidence:

  • Disease and treatment claims (21 CFR 101.93(g)).
  • Promises of guaranteed or permanent health results (FTC Health Products Compliance Guidance, 2022).
  • Atelio refuses them before anything is made.

Pictures make claims too

A picture can say what the words don't. Atelio reads every finished image for what it implies, and holds it if that isn't covered by a claim you've signed.

The FDA disclaimer, handled

When an ad needs it, the disclaimer goes on word for word, set in your brand's type, where you chose to place it.

A record for every ad

Who signed which wording, when, and which ads used it. If anyone asks, you have the answer.

Illustrated Elio files an approved ad together with its signed wording and reference documents.

What Atelio isn't

It isn't a law firm, and it doesn't replace your regulatory reviewer. It makes sure your ads stay inside the record you keep.

FAQ

Is this legal advice?

No. Atelio keeps every ad to the claims you've signed and points out wording that needs a closer look. The final call on a claim is yours, or your regulatory reviewer's.

Where do the claims come from?

From you. Atelio collects the claims on your site, label and listing, researches each one and asks you to sign the exact wording. Delivered creative only uses what you sign.

What happens when an ad says something I didn't sign?

It isn't marked ready. It waits, shows you the line and asks you to sign it or drop it.
